Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your payment.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you so you can follow your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us via Instagram @vallengift.shop.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
